A Comprehensive Shoreland Assessment (CSA) is a detailed evaluation of a shoreland property that documents existing conditions and identifies potential improvements that can be made to bring the property into compliance with the NH Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act (CSPA).
The NH Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act (RSA 483-B) regulates development within 250 feet of the reference line of public waters. A Comprehensive Shoreland Assessment evaluates your property's current conditions relative to these regulations and identifies opportunities for improvement.
